An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar. Its privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile image becomes publicly visible with your comment.
DATA RETENTION
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill your request or reservation, or for as long as we have your authorization.
After this period, data may be retained to comply with legal obligations or possible claims. During this time, data remains blocked but accessible to authorities if required.
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely.
Registered users can view, edit, or delete their personal information anytime except their username. Administrators may also access that information.

If you leave a comment, you may save your name, email, and website in cookies lasting one year.
If you have an account and log in, we set a temporary cookie to check cookie acceptance. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
Login cookies last two days; display preference cookies last one year. “Remember me” keeps your login active for two weeks.
Editing or publishing an article saves a cookie that stores the article ID and expires in one day.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics for analytics purposes. Google automatically receives data such as IP address, browser, language, and headers.
Google adheres to the EUnUS Privacy Shield and processes data according to EU standards.

RIGHTS AND CLAIMS BEFORE THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and objection by emailing reservas@casadelosingenieros.es with the subject “Data Protection,” or by writing to Calle Goya 20, 3º dcha., 28001 Madrid, Spain, including proof of identity.
You may request an export file of your stored data or ask us to delete it except data required for legal or security reasons.
